What is ScoutGlimpse?
A self-serve tool for sponsorship agencies and brands. Paste an athlete's public @handle and get back their real audience numbers, growth trend, on-field performance stats (where available), and any recent news coverage — before you sign a sponsorship deal, not after.
Where does the data come from?
Everything shown is pulled from public sources at request time — the YouTube Data API for audience numbers, and a mix of league and stats-provider APIs for on-field performance. How accurate is the matching?
Audience numbers (subscribers, views) come straight from YouTube's own API — as accurate as YouTube's own public numbers. Performance stats and news mentions are matched by name, which can occasionally pick up the wrong person when two athletes share a common name. Treat any single data point as a lead to verify, not a final answer — this is a research tool, not a background-check service.
What is the "Suggested budget range" on a report?
A rough estimate, not a quote or a guarantee. It's calculated from the athlete's public subscriber tier and 30-day growth trend using a fixed, disclosed formula — the same numbers already shown elsewhere on the report, just translated into a starting point for negotiation. What you actually offer is your call; local market rates, engagement quality, and the specific deal terms all matter more than any single number we can show you.
What's the difference between plans?
Starter ($49/mo) covers up to 20 watchlisted athletes with full reports — grade, growth, performance stats, and news. Growth ($129/mo) raises that to 100 athletes and unlocks Discovery, the sport-by-sport trending-creator feed. Both plans include the same underlying data quality — Growth is about scale and discovery, not a "better" version of the same report.
How does the trial work?
7 days, full access at whichever plan you pick at signup. A card is required to start — this keeps trial access tied to a real payment method rather than something that can be regenerated for free with a new email address. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and canceling before then means you're never charged at all.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
From your dashboard, use the plan/upgrade controls at the top to change plans, or Manage billing at the bottom to open Stripe's own billing portal — update your card, view invoices, or cancel. Downgrading or canceling takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds for time already paid for.
How do I delete my account?
From your dashboard, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account. This immediately cancels any active subscription and permanently removes your account and watchlist — there's no waiting period and no need to email support first, though we're always happy to help if something goes wrong.
